Unity, as one stand together

With the occupy movement in full force, people from all backgrounds are begining to tear down the illusions of seperation and come together as humanity.

Beyond the typical juxtaposition of class, race and age, we are also seeing people from different political backgrounds and activist movements. Code Pink, Union Workers, We Are Change are just a few organizations that have joined the call to stand up for humanity.

But beyond the government and media doing their part to dutifully divide the movement, a less than attractive behavior is starting to be seen in blogs on social network sites and in videos.... the elitist activist.

In rejecting a system that unfairly distributes wealth, power and knowledge to a few selected families and individuals, this should be avoided at all costs.

Certain activists and "awakened ones" are starting to show anger and frustration towards those that perhaps do not have a more expanded understanding of what is going on in the world (as if any of us actually do - the more you learn, the less you know).

But we must have patience, this is the awakening, this is what it looks like... people are coming out of their slumber and need a little time to wipe the sleep out of their eyes.

Our media is mired in cynicism, regardless of the label of mainstream or alternative.  Sadly, it is what seems to drive the news.  People flock to the latest disaster, scenario of hopelessness, or individual story that proves things can get so much worse for us . . . personally.  The media preys on our instinct of self-preservation, rather than promote this instinct as an example of what drives us toward self-empowerment.

We'd like to present an overview of issues demonstrating that all is not lost.  Just the opposite, in fact.  The powers-that-be have admitted that they are scrambling for purchase amid humanity's global awakening. This new knowledge has led to an increasing number of people being exposed to alternative information that questions the official version of events, and the underlying secret mechanisms of control.

 It is hard to deny the fact that the so-called “truth movement” has been gaining steam over the years. Now, we could argue all day long about what exactly the truth movement is, but for the sake of clarity I define it as the movement away from blind trust and belief in government and the mainstream media.

Under this definition, it would mean every single person questioning the official story of September 11th, 2001, or any other terrorist attack, anyone who sees the movement towards centralized world government, and the hypocritical coverage of war and human rights atrocities. This also includes those around the globe who question the provenance and goals of groups like al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, the ADL and any other organization for that matter. Under my working definition, those who see that we Americans currently live in an autocratic oligarchical police state, those who question the Western hegemony and imperialistic crusades in the Middle East, and so forth.
