UFO Beams Light Over German City

UFO sightings seem to be increasing all over the world :) Is this video for real? Seems there aren't too many details about its origin just yet.

"An amazing UFO was reported flying over a city in Germany on August 3, 2011.  The unidentified flying object shone a bright spotlight over the city as it flew back and forth over the buildings and nearby body of water.  It appeared almost as if it were looking for something specific in the darkness below."
